He was born to Jose Manuel Angel and Maria Concepcion Parra in Guanajuato, Mexico on April 3, 1961. He was an employee of Pilgrim's Pride and attended Williamson Community Church.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 2015 in the Williamson Community Church with Rev. Jimmy Roden officiating. Burial followed in the Millwee Cemetery, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home.

Mrs. Marguerite “Petey” Burns Billingsley, age 83, a resident of Billingsley’s Corner, Arkansas, died Saturday, May 16, 2015 at her home.

She was born July 11, 1931 in Newtown, Pennsylvania. She was a homemaker and a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Foreman, Arkansas.

Funeral Mass for Mrs. Billingsley was held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 19, 2015 in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Foreman with Father Paul Worm officiating. Burial followed in the Pauley Cemetery under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen, Arkansas.
Rosary was held at 6:00 p.m., Monday, May 18, 2015 at the funeral home followed by a visitation.

Randy Huffines, age 61, a resident of Broken Bow, Okla., died Sunday, May 3, 2015 at his home in Broken Bow.

He was born Feb. 12, 1954 in Carrollton, Illinois, the son of G.L. Huffines and Bennie Sutterfield Huffines. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Broken Bow; was employed with the Valliant Paper Mill and was a member of the United Steel Workers Paper Union, Local 13-162.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home in Broken Bow, Okla. Services were held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dave Williams officiating.

Interment followed at the Watson Memorial Cemetery in the Oak Hill Community under the direction of Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home.

Oscar C. Cravens, Jr., age 93, a resident of Lockesburg, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015 in the Christus St. Michael Health System, Texarkana

He was born to Oscar, Sr. and Mary Turrentine Cravens at Lockesburg Sept. 29, 1921. He was 1939 graduate of the Sevier County Training Center. He was a member of the Macedonia United Methodist Church of Lockesburg and a retired employee of Pilgrim's Pride.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015 in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel . Burial followed in the Holly Springs Cemetery, Lockesburg, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen.
The family received friends at Chandler Funeral Home Friday, May 8 from 5-7 p.m.

Robert Whitaker
Robert Allen Whitaker, age 83, a resident of Nashville, died Wednesday, May 6, 2015 in Nashville.

He was born to Frank and Martha Gertrude Lewis Whitaker in Osborne, Ohio Aug. 26, 1931. He was a retired construction worker and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Old Washington.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Maxine Riley Whitaker.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen.

Kenneth Eugene Cannon, age 62, a resident of Lockesburg, died Thursday, May 7, 2015 at his home.

He was born Aug. 30, 1952 in De Queen. He was a truck driver and a member of the Graveley Hunting Club.

Jimmie Dalton Dossey, age 73, a resident of Dierks, died Sunday, May 9, 2015 in Hot Springs.

He was born Feb. 17, 1942 in Honobia, Okla. He was a former manager of Safeway Grocery in California, former owner of Dierks Drive-In, and a member of the West Side Church of Christ in Dierks.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 in the West Side Church of Christ with James McRae and Robert Peek officiating. Burial followed in the Dierks Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.

Robert Lee Wilcher, age 83, a resident of De Queen, died Saturday, May 9, 2015 at his home.

He was born to John Truly and Ferrie Myers Wilcher in Howard County April 24, 1932. He was a retired pipe liner, a truck driver and was a Baptist. He was a 32nd degree Mason in the Wickes Masonic Lodge.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, May 11, 2015 in the Chandler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial with Masonic Rites followed in the Duckett Cemetery in Wickes, under the direction of Chandler Funeral Home, De Queen.

was co-owner of Ye Olde Cabinet Shoppe, as well as a homemaker.  She enjoyed crocheting, shopping, and she cherished the time spent with family, especially her grandchildren.

Rev. James Harold Cannon
Rev. James Harold “Jigs” Cannon, age 90, a resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, died Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Nashville Nursing and Rehab.

Funeral services for Bro. Cannon will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday April 25, 2015, in First Baptist Church, Lockesburg with Rev. Roy Gene Brooks and Dr. David Blasé officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
