Thank you for reading The De Queen Bee. I sincerely hope you find the information contained in today’s paper useful and beneficial.

This week, October 6-12, is National Newspaper Week, a time to salute the dedicated individuals across the country who work hard to bring news and information to their communities.

I would like to thank all the individuals on this newspaper team for their dedication and effort, week in week out, to publish this newspaper. We have many supporters in the community, so I would also like to extend a special thanks to the columnists, contributors and business partners that help the newspaper reach and connect with so many each week.

For many years across our country, local newspapers have been a voice for the public good and improving the quality of life for those they serve. Whether you are reading this in our print or digital format at, on a mobile device or on a laptop, or on good old newsprint, our mission here at the Bee remains the same:  we are excited about providing you with information you need to make informed decisions and live the life you want in our community.

As always, thank you for your readership and support of your local newspaper!
