The De Queen/Sevier County Chamber of Commerce chose its new officers for 2020. Callie Miller will serve as president, Tara Athey will be vice-president and Secretary Chris Chandler will continue in that role for 2020.

Meetings are the second Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. in the chamber office downtown.

For this 100 year celebration of the chamber, awards banquet attendees are encouraged to wear the attire of their favorite decade from the past 100 years.

The banquet will be held on Feb. 27 at 6 p.m. at the high school auditorium. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for the silent auction and area businesses will be contacted by the chamber for donations of items for the silent auction.
