Justin Indiveri

De Queen police arrested and charged a local man, Justin Indiveri, for domestic battery in the third and second degrees on Wallace Street, after an alleged assault on Nov. 7.

According to police, Sgt. Wayne Baker and Patrolman Michael Barnes were in the area of 7th Street and Wallace when they heard loud screaming. The two approached the house and were met on the front porch by Lori Indiveri, who was yelling at them to arrest Justin. The officers noted that Lori had injuries to the left side of her face and she stated that she had been hit in the head by her husband, Justin.

Officers located the suspect inside the residence and he was taken into custody.

During the investigation, officers discovered a second victim, a 71-year-old resident of the house who had injuries to her face after she said she was struck by Justin while trying to separate the two.
