A Lockesburg man, Bradley Grubbs, 27, was being held in Sevier County Jail after a road rage incident on Sunday, May 12.
Sevier County deputies and Arkansas State Police responded to 227 North Park in Lockesburg in regard to an altercation and shots being fired from a pistol and upon arrival, Grubbs and Zachry Currence, 31, were located in the front yard.
According to a sheriff's report, after speaking with both parties it was learned that Grubbs hit Currence's vehicle with his vehicle while both parties were driving down the road. Currence then drove to his residence and was followed by Grubbs. An argument broke out and Grubbs pulled out a 9mm pistol from his vehicle and fired a shot into the ground within close proximity of Currence.
At this time the case is still under investigation.
