A woman creating a disturbance and talking to herself, found herself taken into custody and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.

De Queen police were dispatched to an address on East Vandervoort on Nov. 18, where Sgt. Wayne Baker made contact with Sandra Luna.  Luna  advised Baker that she has been off her medications and had been talking and arguing with herself.

Baker found an active warrant for Luna, at which time, Luna then pulled out a syringe and a wrapper containing a white crystal like substance believed to be meth,  from her bra. Luna was placed in custody.
