Trudy Stiers

Trudy Stiers, age 62 of Breckenridge, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Westlake Chapel in Graham, Texas. Arrangements have been entrusted to Morehart Mortuary.

Trudy Ann Green was born July 7, 1957 in Crane, Texas to parents, Dick Green and Shirley Cowling Green.  On September 6, 1996, Trudy married Stephen Stiers in Texarkana, Arkansas. She worked as an insurance agent for Aflac for 25 years and more recently as the Regional Training Manager for Patterson Drilling. Trudy was an animal lover and was an active member of Compassionate Friends grief group after losing her son. She loved many and was loved by many in return. She was a member at Westlake Chapel at Possum Kingdom Lake in Graham, where she served as a song leader. She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Green; and one son, Quentin Bonnette.

Trudy is survived by her husband, Stephen Stiers of Breckenridge; her father, Dick Green of Breckenridge; one son, Heath Bonnette and wife Brenda of Odessa; two step-children, Scott Stiers of Locksburg, Arkansas, Wendy McCain and husband Camron of West Fork, Arkansas; one sister, Sherry Green Davis and husband Randy of Wickes, Arkansas; one brother, Troy Green and wife Cindy of Monroe, Louisiana; four grandchildren, Zoee Bonnette, Zade Bonnette, Jake McCain, Cody Stiers; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Holly, Truett, Travis and Richard.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Westlake Chapel, 701 FM 1148, Graham, Texas 76450 and may be left at Morehart Mortuary. Condolences may be made online at
